Description
Well,I finally know what is more aggrivating and tedious than painting dragon scales: Octopus suckers
This one really tested my patience, I'm glad it's done!
The looong tentacles are deliberate and according to client's whishes
This will get printed on tee's
Painted with PS CS3 and Wacom Graphire tablet
PLEASE view fullsize thanks!

Pat: that thing sticking out is called a 'siphon' It pumps water through the gill system to enable the Octopus to breath
Michal: youre absolutely right about those bubbles, i did research too, but it wouldnt be aestetically nice as the bubbles would cover the octopus too much, so I took some creative liberties with this

Only thing i miss in the piece is some object or maby a person close to it for scale.. to me it sort of looks like it could be an ordinary sized octo. The ship just looks like its far away and the octo really close to the camera, and the fish mainly just apears to be small. Like i said =) maby i diver or a shark or something would do the trick.

wonderful lighting, texture and color scheme.
I would prefer a bit more add on the glow that comes out of the cracks.
+10 power!
