Very cool -- I'd definitely like to see how it looks on the t-shirt. I was wondering what was going on, until I read the description :) Nice work (thumbup)

Lookin' good as ever, sir. Nice touch with the red exposed beneath the black where it's torn. I don't know the requirements for the project, but I think slightly more definite shadows could help in several places. Fer instance, on her face, the shadows on her cheek/nose do strange things to the form, partly because they're ambiguous and partly because the overall form of the head is, in accordance with your lightsource, not super developed. Everything's well rendered; I just wonder if it's too subtle, esp for tees.

Kerry: wow thanks again for your in-depth crit
I'm not too worried about the design being too subtle as my client has superb craftmanship to make things look good on shirts. The thing is most of my designs look different ending op on the fabrics, but it's ok as a shirt is completely different than a flat canvas so to speak, but you got it already;)

About the face, I took the ref as a narrow guidance as it has to really look like her; too bad much of the subteties in skintones is lost on this small size.
I agree about the ambigous lighting as I had to make a balance between following the ref and putting my own lighting in it as well;)

Thanks again!

The Bottom lip being forward of the top lip looks odd I think. And I agree that the colours are a bit soft with the black being so bold.
thinking abotu the image directly ... it's just weird and doesnt make much sense ... chains, out of nowhere, being held by mear fabric ... it's odd ... BUT, in the context of it being on a shirt, I DO then see how it can look quite cool as a design. So unfortunatly i'm teetering on the wall with this one, cant say it's my favorite, but well done nonetheless.

lovely work, Vincent! nice tones, great clarity. her left leg seems to be twisted a bit too much towards her body, but don't mind me..I'm studying anatomy at the moment, it's a sickness, right now I see mistakes everywhere :p
